Rice White Basmati (Organic)

Gives off an aroma almost like fresh popcorn. Try cooking in seasoned broth. Combine 1 cup rice with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 tbsp ghee (optional). Bring to a boil, tightly cover, and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and steam covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. A dry serving (1/4 cup) yields 3/4 cups cooked rice.
