Use for baking or eat as a hot cereal. Make grits by mixing 2 cups of water, 2/3 cup polenta, and 1/4 tsp salt. Boil salted water and stir in corn grits. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with desired toppings or pour into a loaf pan to let cool. Origin: USA
