Mellow, sweet flavor that puree into a creamy blend. Packed with protein, iron, fiber, and B vitamins, use in hearty soups, dahls, and spicy curries. They don't need to be soaked, but it will lower the cook time. Cook with 3 cups water to 1 cup lentils. Rinse lentils, bring water to a rolling boil, add lentils.
